3 options to design your custom product.

We offer multiple ways to create and submit your artwork, depending on your preference and experience. Whether you want us to design it for you, use our online editor or upload your own files, we make sure everything is prepared correctly before production starts.

No design yet? Our team creates a professional layout for you based on your logo and brief.

Use our online design tool to build your design yourself using templates, elements and your own artwork.

Already have a print-ready file? Upload it directly in the product configurator and we will check it before production.

Option 1: Let us create your design

No design yet? No problem. Our design team can create a professional layout for you. Simply order your product and select Design by ProFlags in the Design option when configuring your product.

After ordering, send us your logo (AI, EPS or PDF) along with a clear description of what you would like to print. You can send your files via WeTransfer or email them to hello@proflags.com. Include all necessary materials such as logos, images and colour codes.

We will create a design based on your input and send it to you for approval, usually within a few hours. Production only starts after your approval.

Please note: A small design fee will be charged. This is always clearly indicated on the product page with the Design option.

Option 2: Create your design online

Prefer to design it yourself without using professional software? Use our online design tool. Our editor allows you to easily create your design using templates, elements, stock images and your own logo or artwork.

The correct template is automatically loaded based on the product and size you selected, so your design always fits perfectly. Once your design is ready, you can add it directly to your order and proceed to checkout.

Please note: All submitted files are checked by our specialists. We verify whether your artwork meets our specifications and will contact you if adjustments are needed.

Option 3: Upload your own design

Already have a print-ready design? Follow the steps below to ensure your files meet our specifications.

Download the template

Download the correct template from the product page under the "Templates" tab. Always use the template that matches your selected product and size.

Prepare your artwork

Please follow these guidelines when preparing your design:

  • Keep important text and visuals within the safe zone
  • The area between the dotted line and cut line is bleed
  • Use CMYK colours (not RGB)
  • Convert all fonts to outlines
  • Include colour codes if needed (Pantone / PMS)
  • Deliver files as vector artwork in scale 1:1 (AI, EPS or vector PDF preferred)
  • Images must be at least 300 DPI
  • Include a JPG or PNG preview of your design

Upload your file

Upload your design directly in the product configurator under the Design section while creating your order. This ensures your design is directly linked to the correct product and specifications.

If your files are too large, you can also send them via WeTransfer: proflags.wetransfer.com

Always include your order number and contact details when sending files separately. All submitted files are checked by our specialists. We will contact you if any adjustments are needed.
