We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Below you will find everything you need to know about returns, refunds and how we handle custom made products.

We take great pride in the quality of our work. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are always here to help if something isn't quite right.

Check Your Order

When your package arrives, we recommend doing a quick "quality check" right away. If you spot any issues, please contact us immediately. We will always provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund. We love solving problems before they become headaches!

 

Custom-Made vs. Standard Products

Most of our products (like your custom flags and banners) are unique creations made specifically to your choices and designs. Because these are custom-made to your specifications, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.

 

Returning non-custom (standard) products

You have the following rights:

14-Day Reflection Period: You have 14 days from the day of receipt to decide if the product is right for you.

Handle with Care: During this period, feel free to inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. Please keep the original packaging intact and handle the item carefully.

Easy Returns: If you choose to return a standard item, simply notify us within those 14 days. You then have another 14 days to ship the item back to us.

How to return

If you need to send a standard product back, please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Ensure the item is sent back in its original condition and packaging to our headquarters:

Refunds made simple

Once you’ve notified us of your cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you - including standard delivery costs - within 14 days. We’ll use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, so there are no extra fees or fuss. We may wait to process the refund until we’ve received the goods or proof of shipment.
