All orders are produced on demand and shipped with trusted carriers such as DHL, DPD, PostNL or FedEx. Once your design is approved, production starts immediately to keep delivery times as short as possible. Every shipment is sent with tracking, so you can follow your order from production to delivery.

Production time
Standard production usually takes between 7 and 12 working days.

Working with a deadline?
Do you have a specific event or tight deadline? Let us know in advance. We are happy to think along with you and will do everything we can to prioritize your order and meet your target date.

Logistics & handling
To offer competitive pricing, we produce in high end facilities in Asia. Please allow approximately 4 days for your order to arrive at our central warehouse before final dispatch to your address.

Delivery note
We work with trusted partners such as DHL, UPS and FedEx. While we always aim for reliable delivery, exact delivery dates cannot be fully guaranteed due to factors like transport delays or customs checks. You will always receive Track & Trace to follow your shipment step by step.

Worldwide shipping

All orders are shipped with tracking and handled by trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. Delivery times depend on your location and start after your design has been approved.

For non-EU countries, the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place) applies. This means that the recipient is responsible for paying import duties and applicable taxes, including customs clearance and local taxes.

Returns

Most of our products are custom made to your specifications. This means they are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned. By working this way, we ensure premium quality, accurate production and competitive pricing.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved design, please contact us immediately. We will always provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

For standard (non custom) products, you can return your order within 14 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
